Is it possible to do structured logging using Loki?
If yes, what should be the best practices to do this?
Currently I am sending my logs in Loki as plain text or unstructured logs.
Any help would be appreciated

Can you give some examples of your logs and what you're looking for? Where are you sending logs from? There are some existing parsers that can do this for you or you can write your own. But it really depends on your particular usecase
