Cursor bubble position for edittext in a DialogFragment

I have a sample dialogfragment with an EditText. It is always showing the cursor bubble at the top of the device screen. but the dialog appears at the centre. I have tried to change the activity theme and tried custom dialog but did not resolve the issue. Can anyone help me out from this issue.

This is the code I used for showing the dialog
