Mailgun.Attachment is not a constructor

I am sending PDF attachment by using mailgun. When create an instance . Const attch = new mailgun.Attachment({data:file, filename:filename, contentType: application/PDF}); And run the API it does returned error. "Mailgun.Attachment is not a constructor"
