How can you run a multiple line function call in PyCharm without marking all the code?

In RStudio it is easy to run a multiple line function call without marking the code, but I haven't found a similar way to achieve the same in PyCharm. Is it possible to do it?

E.g. running the code below by letting the cursor be at any of the 4 lines and then e.g. click cmd + enter?
