A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client on click of image button

Question

I want to download Excel file of HTML table. But while click of button i am getting error Like A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client

To resolve this issues i used

ValidateRequest="false"

on <%@ Page ........%> But no luck

Button Click Event

I am binding my HTML table with AJAX call which is working as expected. Then i am trying to store these table value into that Hidden Field hdnReworkStatusData something Like this:
