Report dependency version downloaded by Maven, given a version range

Given a dependency declared as below in pom.xml

<dependencies>
    <dependency>
        <groupId>io.springfox</groupId>
        <artifactId>springfox-swagger2</artifactId>
        <version>[1.0.0,5.0.0]</version>
    </dependency>
</dependencies>

Is there a Maven goal I can use to run to output the version picked by Maven out of the range?

EDIT: I understand the view against version ranges. I'm not in the luxury of removing that from our project for the time being unfortunately.
