I want to realize the next function on Pascal

unsigned long SUBSTRINGS(sqlrcur *curref, ... )
{
    va_list ap;
    int argc, I;
.....
}

How can I do it on Pascal? Is it possible?

Standard Pascal does not allow variadic functions.
