Collapsing Toolbar in fragment with bottom navigation bar | Android studio

I have a bottom navigation bar in my application and 3 fragment, in homefragment I want to add the Collapsing toolbar, but after running the application I discovered that scrolling does not reach the end as shown in the image enter image description here
