Currently in the process of migrating a rails application to be Stripe SCA compliant. For the sake of simplicity, we opted for the stripe prebuilt tools where the client receives an email with a link that redirects the authentication to be completed on a Stripe self-host page. Despite having the 3DS customer emails toggled, the emails never get sent despite Stripe stating it has been sent:
The invoice was finalized, but the customer needs to be complete 3D Secure authentication for the payment to succeed. This additional step is required by their bank to prevent fraud. Based on your settings, we've sent the customer an email with a link that visit to complete 3D secure.
Did anyone encounter similar behaviour?
