Classification after dimension reduction with PCA

I have 60.000x784 training, 60.000 labels and

10.000x784 test, 10.000 test label data.

when i apply DecisionTreeClassifier (as show in the picture below). Classification score is %70.48

but when i apply PCA with 32 components (0.751 variance) i get 0.1 score and i dont get why?
