I am using a server with a Centos system.
Initially, I was using tensorflow-gpu=1.14.
I had to update it to a newer version.
So I created a new conda environment with python=3.7
I tried to pip install tensorflow but ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall. was shown.
So I found a solution pip install wrapt --upgrade --ignore-installed to fix the wrapt problem.
After that, I tried to import tensorflow in jupyter lab. but the cell ran forever and some information shown up in the cmd window.

Update
I have uninstalled wrapt and reinstalled tensorflow but the problem is not fixed.
Basically, I have removed the environment and restarted everything over but it did not work.
