Right now I am working on containerize my Python django app with docker. I has two services in docker-compose file: web and db. And web service depends on the db service. While I ran docker-compose build is fine but when I ran docker-compose up, the web service always error out with error:

Another thing is: I noticed a lot people also added environment to the web service with
:
- DB_HOST=db
- DB_NAME=app
- DB_USER=postgres
- DB_PASS=axasxaxa
where are these DB_HOST, DB_USER etc comes from? Can we name it as DB_HOST but not DB_HOST_test or something else?
Last this is my docker-compose file:
#python manage.py wait_for_db &&
version: "3.7"
services:
db:
image: postgres:10-alpine
environment:
- POSTGRES_DB=realestate
- POSTGRES_USER=postgres
- POSTGRES_PASSWORD=xsxs
- POSTGRES_HOST_AUTH_METHOD=trust
ports:
- "5432:5432"
web:
build: .
command: >
sh -c 'python manage.py wait_for_db &&
python manage.py runserver 0.0.0.0:8000'
volumes:
- .:/usr/src/code/
ports:
- "8000:8000"
env_file:
- ./.env
environment:
- DB_HOST=db
- DB_NAME=app
- DB_USER=postgres
- DB_PASS=xsxs
depends_on:
