I am using Synology Drive Client to successfully backup several workstations on my LAN.
I also use it to create a couple of "shared" (actually they are "replicated") directories on the same LAN.
I also have a couple of headless servers (VirtualBox Virtual Machines, if it matters; accessed through ssh) and I would like to backup selected areas and also "share" one of the directories; unfortunately I found no "headless" Synology Drive Client. What are my options?
I know I can use rsync or similar tools to copy files around, possibly with a cron job, but facilities offered by Synology Drive Client Are surely "friendlier" (not to speak about "sharing" that's handled via inotify).
