get itemCount from a list

I have this json structure

  "abc":{
        current_checklist:[
        {
         .... 
        },
        {
          "sections":[
              ...
           ]
        },
        {
             ...         
        }
     ]
  }

I want to use ListView, where the itemCount is based on sections. How should I write it?
