pygame.camera.init()

cam_list = pygame.camera.list_cameras()
cam = pygame.camera.Camera(cam_list[0],(300,300))
cam.start()
PauseControl = 2
Trigger = 1
yPerTick = float(180) / 5
while Trigger == 1:
image1 = cam.get_image()
image1 = pygame.transform.scale(image1,(300,300))
rotatedOutput1 = pygame.transform.rotate(image1, 180)
rotatedOutput2 = pygame.transform.flip(rotatedOutput1, 1, 0)
pygame.draw.rect(screen, (15, 15, 15), pygame.Rect(0, 0, 300, 20))
pygame.draw.rect(screen, (15, 15, 15), pygame.Rect(0, 300, 500, 150))
screen.blit(rotatedOutput2, (0,20))

The camera has lines over it and i am not sure what i've done to cause this. I transferred my code from an old raspberry pi to a new one and this issue popped up
