Convert.ToString() error message : The parameters Year, Month an day describe a DateTime which cannot be represented. But my data is not a date?

I have an unexplained error on a Convert.ToString() while processing a column from a DataReader.

My "VALID" column just contains "0" or "1" in a string.

Could it be that the method wants to treat my data as a date?

The Error message is

The parameters Year, Month and Day describe a DateTime which cannot be represented

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Check your tobjmpfDes.Valid property may be you use date type in valid after fetching data from db converted into string you are saving in date type format that's why this issue is Rising
