httprepl : Cannot start the REPL when output is being redirected

I created new api project in Visual Studio then i put command httprepl and cath error

i totaly new in httprepl and does not understand why i get that error

i have tried recomendations from https://devblogs.microsoft.com/aspnet/httprepl-a-command-line-tool-for-interacting-with-restful-http-services/

Any luck...
