i have a this question about a work that i should do for a client and i can't find any free lib to decode barcode USPS 4 state format and i finally I'm here hoping you can help me to find a solution for the first step make all necessary research and after 5 days I'm here i you know anyone or can give me and advice you are welcome. zxing-barcode library can't decode it so i want to know if i will have to write a decoder or if there are other solution in my case and thank you for your responses.
