I use flyway for my local profile to populate a DB for integration tests.

application.yml:

  flyway.enabled: false

application-local.yml:

    enabled: true

    locations: classpath:mssql/migrations

Expected:

App doesn't try to autoconfigure flyway during startup with profile dev

Actual:
