I would like to install and use TensorFlow 2.0. I have a PC with Windows 10, a Geforce GTX 1080 Ti GPU and an old Intel Xeon X5660 CPU, which doesn't support AVX.
Now, my problem is that there is a DLL Import error whenever I attempt to run any TensorFlow code on this machine. I know about this repository providing a solution for legacy CPUs but unfortunately I can't find any TensorFlow 2.0 packages there.
Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I had that same issue with tensorflow running on i5 650, which doesn't support avx.
But I fixed that issue by simply uninstalling the original installation, and installing this unofficial build from this link: https://github.com/fo40225/tensorflow-windows-wheel/blob/master/2.0.0/py37/CPU/sse2/tensorflow-2.0.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
Just install this .whl file using pip and then try to run your script.
I had the same problem, so I compiled TF 2.4 without AVX support for Python3. Wheel is here.
My write-up on it is here. If anyone needs an updated version for TF or Python, find my email address and I can compile a new wheel.
You can try to install TensorFlow using Anaconda that sometimes has build able to install TensorFlow on older CPUs which has no support for AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions).
