Can`t fix this problem for 2 days .

Just remove this line: apply from: '../api.attributes
in your library's build gradle of your android project
You must use older version of gradle. example:
distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.6-all.zip
I solved it by going here: https://github.com/novoda/bintray-release/releases
Look for the latest release and add it to the end of the: 'com.novoda:bintray-release:0.9.1' in "Build.gradle file"
