Use NumberFormat.getCurrency in Kotlin Android

I need call this

{private static final NumberFormat currencyFormat = NumberFormat.getCurrencyInstance();}

in Android Application, but I using Kotlin and I don't know how to do that in Kotlin. How can I do this in Kotlin?
