Out of curiosity, I just want to know the reason.
All array methods like map, forEach, reduce are written on Array.prototype and so that, i can use like this
let sum = [1,2,3,4,5].reduce( (acc, value) => acc+value, 0);
console.log(sum);
Unlike all these methods, isArray() usage is like
let isArray = Array.isArray([1,2,3]); // I can't use [1,2,3].isArray(); :(
console.log(isArray);
Is there any reason behind this?
