javafx - Bind button according to boolean value

Here, I want to disable and enable button according to the value of the boolean.

boolean result=(txtItem.getText().isEmpty() && txtQty.getText().isEmpty());

btnOrder.disableProperty().bind(xxxxx);

what should I enter there??
