Can I ping a v6 mapped v4 address?

If I have an address 10.3.3.2 , mapping it to v6 will result in 0:0:0:0:0:ffff:a03:302. I am able to ping 10.3.3.2 but pinging 0:0:0:0:0:ffff:a03:302 gives "No route to host" error. Right now, I am not able to ping any IPv6 address from within my network so the error is expected.

I am curious if
ping6 0:0:0:0:0:ffff:a03:302

if IPv6 traffic was going out perfectly.
