Error installing Scrapy: error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\BIN\\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2

I'm trying to install Scrapy using:

pip install Scrapy

However I get the error. Can someone suggest a solution?

scrapy pip python

Download sasl source code, .whl packages from here. After executing the command: 

 pip install sasl-0.2.1-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

the sasl package should be working.
