Point Domain to GitHub Page - Record already in use Error

I am trying to point my google domain to my github page but I get an error saying "Record already in use" when I add the IPv4 address. The domain previously pointed to another address but I deleted that address. How do I resolve this?

Check if you have any "synthetic records", you'll need to delete them as well.
