How to crop a Mat to ROI in Emgu (OpenCV for C#)

Some of the answers I found recommended using :

frame = ...
Rectangle ROI = ...
Mat crop = new Mat(frame, ROI) 

But this does not seem to wokr in Emgu 3.x
