I'm trying to install the Azure SDK 2.2 for VS2013 using the Web Platform Installer 4.6, but it never gets past step 2. It doesn't matter how long I let it run and the only way to close the installer is to kill it with task manager. I'm running Windows 8.
I've tried rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling the Web Platform Installer but nothing seems to make a difference.
I had similar issues installing the SDK for VS2012, but found manual load instructions. Unfortunately I can no longer find the manual install steps and was hoping someone might have an answer.
