Exist any wysiwyg (may be on js) latex editor for using in html? Easy use for users who don't know syntax of latex.

Have a look at the LaTeX Online Editor (http://latexonlineeditor.net/). It runs in the browser and has a WYSIWYG(M) / rich-text editor interface to produce pdf-documents of any kind.
