Abnormal behavior of GITHUB while pushing changes

1. I'm trying to push the changes on my main branch, but this is happening...
2. An error is showing up saying that error: File windows/flutter/ephemeral/flutter_windows.dll.pdb is 184.29 MB; this exceeds GitHub's file size limit of 100.00 MB
3. And the strange thing is that I don't even have this file in my folder windows/flutter/ephemeral/flutter_windows.dll.pdb (deleted this file few commits ago)
