i wrote classic
django-admin startproject mysite
cd mysite
python manage.py runserver
but the console shown this Error:
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xca in position 0: invalid continuation byte also console shown very big text and i can't understand what does it mean! help please!! full text in console
