I created a student hotline with Twilio studio.
In order to access the hotline, each student has to register his phone number with our web app, and once the student calls he has to enter his unique student identification number and passcode.
Sometimes students leave me messages with some important questions. I would love to communicate back with those students by leaving them a voicemail in return so that they will be able to listen to my reply once they access their accounts.
How can this be implemented since Twilio does not accept dynamic audio to play?
Basically, I will need to create a voicemail box for each student and an option to upload an audio file to the students voicemailbox.
