How Do I optimize My Database queries resulting to 504 in Wordpress admin panel

My site loads fine, every page and activity in front end is fine, But in the WP Admin dashboard, once I try to publish a new post it leads to a 504 error. My Host says the queries sent by the website are many. Any Ideas Please
