how to convert an img to qrcode ? some apps do it by putting the img in a page and give you the link to that page as a qrcode. how to do that?

i have an input:file , so when the user select his image and clicks generate, the app should create a page and take it's url, and then it will convert this url to qr-code. but how to do that ? (sorry for my weak english)
