What's the compression rate that High/Main/Baseline profile will typically generate?

I am new to H.264 and have studied many references, I know the differences between High/Main/Baseline profile. But there is one thing that I have trouble to find, the compression rate between the three profiles.

I have a Baseline encoder c source code and I used this to encode a video clip, the compression rate is around 42. And I've read somewhere that the compression rate improvement from Baseline to Main and High is not very large, say only 10%, but the complexity is significantly incressed (2X??). I am not sure if any one has real life results for the compression rate between the three profiles?

Thanks
