How can i make a decision in salesforce flow builder that lets me decide if an attachment has a certain field name

Im trying to make a flow that makes a decision whether the attachement has a sepa name or not. In debug mode it goes to the right path however in action it doesnt do the action that is supose to do. Is there another way to make this decision in the salesforce flow builder?
