I have voice over turned on in iPhone and I am reading a RN component which contains few text, a link and an Image. So, everything is covered in a Platform Touchable and accessible is turned on for that PT with accessibility Label concatenated with all the content of the component. But out of nowhere, I am getting voice over reading like "people" or "adult". Is it something happening after iOS15 updates as they have introduced few accessibility related upgrades in iOS15? Is there any fix in RN to stop reading the extra content?
