I currently have a classifieds software installed in my root domain folder "public_html". is it possible to setup a wordpress installation in a subfolder xxxx.xxx/home but have this become my landing page when you type in my website address xxxx.xxx? i tried this in a sandbox but im such a noob that im sure i setup the redirect improperly. what ended up happening is that the redirect broke the classifieds software installed in the "public_html" it seemed as though everytime you would try to access the classifieds the redirect keep looping you back over to the wordpress installation in xxxx.xxx/home
