Is there any level of precedence of OR & AND in skfuzzy rule making?

I am using skfuzzy library for implementing fuzzy logic in my project. The problem I am facing that when generating rules, we can use either the OR operation or AND operation as this:

rule1=ctrl.Rule(mean_flen['average'] | stdev_pps['good'], frame_length['AI'])

rule2=ctrl.Rule(mean_flen['average'] | mean_flen['good'] or stdev_pps['good'] or mean_dtime['good'], frame_length['AS'] )

rule3=ctrl.Rule(mean_flen['average'] and mean_dtime['good'], frame_length['VI'])

rule4=ctrl.Rule(mean_flen['good'] or stdev_pps['good'] and mean_dtime['average'] | mean_dtime['good'], frame_length['VS'])

In rule 4, I am using 4 inputs, mapped to consequent class ‘frame_length’. I am using both OR and AND. What are the operands exactly? Is it like (mean_flen[‘good’]) OR (stdev_pps[‘good’] AND mean_dtime[‘average’] OR mean_dtime[‘good’]) or the other way (mean_flen[‘good’] OR stdev_pps[‘good’]) AND (mean_dtime[‘average’] OR mena_dtime[‘good’]) or any other way.

I have to generate a number of rules in this manner. Is there any order of precedence? Or how does skfuzzy put it? Any insight will be helpful.

P.S. I checked the documentation but couldn’t find my answer.
