facing issues in gitlab-runner for ci-cml and face issue to use AWS-s3 bucket for dvc

I am working on Mlops. so train.py is my script in which i am using dvc for data versioning and train the model by using s3 bucket. this all thing i push on gitlab and I have to create ci-cml pipeline, but not able to use s3 bucket to use dvc data and facing error when try run .gitlab-runner so find error in gitlab-runner.
