JenkinsCI test log can be every one read

our project use Jenkins to our CI in GitHub. But the CI needs a account to view the test report. So we provide a public account for freshman(new contributors). Any there some ways like github actions or some other ways help this? And now we want to make the jenkinsci report to github automatically. Let users don't need to input the public accou.
