my current node, npm version is

node -v
v16.17.0

npm -v
8.15.0

and my package.json is

{
  "requires": true,
  "lockfileVersion": 1,
  "dependencies": {
    "accepts": {
      "version": "1.3.5",
      "resolved": "https://registry.npmjs.org/accepts/-/accepts-1.3.5.tgz",
      "integrity": "sha1-63d99gEXI6OxTopywIBcjoZ0a9I=",
      "requires": {
        "mime-types": "~2.1.18",
        "negotiator": "0.6.1"
      }
    },
    "after": {
      "version": "0.8.2",

      "integrity": "sha1-/ts5T58OAqqXaOcCvaI7UF+ufh8="
    },
    "arraybuffer.slice": {
      "version": "0.0.7",

    },

...

I think the reason this isn't working is because this package.json outdated. how could i install this package? What can I fix?
