How to Setup my aws ec2 sftp and ssh with authentication

i have tried ssh_config file PasswordAuthentication no from change to yes , but try to login sftp file transfer tool like filezilla login without password authenticate what my mistake or correct config file , ssh passphrase set my password but no password required . Thanks..
