Can't log in user when using custom registration form in wordpress via iframe

I'm using custom registration form in my wordpress site and it is embeded in iframe inside another website. It registers user properly I see them in wp_users but it can't login them after registeration successfully completed. When I use that without an iframe it work, problem is when I register inside iframe.
