populate columns in excel

I have an excel file that looks like this:

Pd	category	Ps	prize	sample	unit	s_unit	content

I want to populate the data into the last 5 columns : Samples, unit, unit_singular and content, Category. just like how the first row is. How can I use formular in excel to achieve this? there are more than 1000 rows.
