Ag grid vs Angular Material Grid vs ng-2 smart table which one to choose

I have few 100k+ data in backend, I want the grid to be fast especially when using search and filter function. Can anyone suggest best data grid for large amount of data. Also is it possible to customize the functionality of them. For backend we are using PHP
