What does this "netstat -aon" output mean?

Viewed 21

I just made some firewall rules and now im asking myself if I did it right. If you are in mood, you could kindly tell me all information you can get out of this output, so I can learn as much as possible. :D

I'm asking myself for example what this mean:

TCP---0.0.0.0:445---0.0.0.0:0---ABHÖREN(LISTENING)---4

Is the connection from local TCP Port 445 blocked now or not?

netstat -aon
