security configurations does not work in spring

I have a configuration class as below . This class allows access to public users for all pages except /about, But the problem is that when I run the program, it gives the following error? What is the reason?

note: When I deleted the last line code : .and().formLogin().and().httpBasic(); the error disappeared, but the login page did not appear, which is normal.
