I very much appreciate it if someone can send me a complete C# code to read only the first page of a PDF file, specifically a few highlighted text and its values-see the attached image. Something that actually will compile and work.
In a nutshell: In reality, all I need to read is if such text (see below) exist on the first page of my PDF file or not
